CSB/SJU Cross Country Camp

Co-ed Overnight Camp

The CSB/SJU Cross Country Camp is run by two long-time coaches who know what it takes to be successful in collegiate cross country. We focus on running and the little things to keep you healthy and strong. Speed traning, strength training, pool workouts and prehab.

3:30pm - 4:00pm Check-In (Mary Commons) 7:30am - 8:45am Long Run (Meet Outside Resident Halls)
4:30pm Run (Meet outside Residential Halls) 8:45am - 9:45am Breakfast (Mary Commons Lounge)
6:00pm - 7:30pm Pizza (O'Connell's) 10:30am - 11:30am Activity
7:30pm - 8:30pm Activity (O'Connell's) 11:30am Lunch (Gorecki Dining Center)
9:30pm Back in Dorms 1:00pm - 1:45pm Circuit Training
10:30pm Lights Out 1:45pm - 2:30pm CSB Pool
Day 2 3:30pm - 4:30pm Run the Race Course - 2 Miles (Old Soccer Fields)
7:30am - 8:30am Morning Run (Meet Outside Resident Halls) 5:30pm - 6:00pm Dinner (Gorecki Dining Center)
8:45am - 9:45am Breakfast (Mary Commons Lounge) 7:30pm - 9:30pm Activity
10:00am Bus Pick-Up to SJU (Gorecki But Stop) 11:00pm Lights Out
10:15am - 11:00am Strength Training in the SJU Fieldhouse Day 4
12:00pm Lunch (SJU Refectory) 8:30am Race (Start at old CSB Softball Field)
1:00pm - 1:45pm Guest Speaker on Nutrition (G10 Simons) 9:30am Breakfast (Mary Commons Lobby)
